Syntypes, National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution, Washington D.C. 23096 (2 males, 1 female), National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution, Washington D.C. 44410 (1 female), Museum of Comparative Zoology, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts 7385 (1 male) transferred from the National Museum of Natural History.

Type Locality

Snake River, Upper Salmon Falls, Twin Falls County (not Logan County as cited by Hobbs, 1947b), Idaho.

Range

Idaho and Oregon.

Habitat

Streams.
