Phintia broweriJames S. Miller and Andrew V. Z. Brower
A recently-described species discovered at the Tambopata Reserve, Madre de Dios, Peru. A previously unrecognized 19th Century specimen was subsequently unearthed at the BMNH. It was collected in the Andean foothills of Bolivia.
Phintia broweri may be distinguished from its congener by the lack of yellow discal patches on the hindwings.
